Here are some additional UX writing reviews that I have performed for Revelo.
Persona Creation for a Technical School
I built three different personas to represent different users of a technical school website.
Communications for an HOA
I regularly write communications messages to a residential community. Here is a recent email that was sent out to all of the residents:
"Community Update
Zego Processing Fee Increase
Zego, also known as PayLease, is the third-party merchant contracted with Associated Asset Management to process online assessment payments. They have recently notified AAM that they are raising their transaction processing fee, effective 6/17 for one-time payments and 7/31 for fixed auto-payments.
Please view the changes to the processing fee below. Homeowners that do not wish to pay this fee are always welcome to cancel their auto-payments and switch to BillPay with their personal banks to avoid additional fees.
AAM has researched other merchant companies and feels Zego is still very competitive for transaction fees, even after this increase.
Fitness Center AC Fixed
The AC above the fitness center has been fixed and is now operating correctly. The tiles for the ceiling and the duct insulation will be replaced on Monday 6/24/24.
Ballroom Projector
The center ballroom projector that has been having issues has been swapped with the east projector. The broken projector is being looked at to determine what repairs are necessary. This swap will allow the center projector to be usable while we determine the issue.
Landscape Updates
Sun City Maintenance Crews completed work on Cycle 1 – Overlook, Celebrations & Stratford Enclaves. They are currently working on Cycle 2 – Liberty, and moving into Cycle 3 with Discovery.
On Monday 6/17/24, Utility Crews began dethatching of all turf areas in Sun City. Turf aeration will begin next week, 6/26/24.
